Much like a lion our representation of our own power begins within ourselves and radiates when we surround ourselves with people who maintain an equal mindset. When one enters our presence they are encapsulated by our drive to progress through a rigorous passion that comes from within that will display itself when our students take the floor. We empower our fellow dancers in gaining the mental and physical abilities it takes to grow and succeed in and out of the dance industry.

Embracing the opportunities that are presented at the hands of our dancers, ones must take accountability for the hours they invest into our team. The passion must propel our dancers to not only work in the studio but at home to fully immerse themselves in the livelihood of the routines we have chosen to create. All team members are held accountable at the expense of the overall improvement of the team to provide the work that is needed to create and fulfill our overall vision here at Royal.
